The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of antitrust law and solid legal research and writing abilities.Job Duties:Conduct legal research and analysis on antitrust issues and case law.Draft legal memoranda, pleadings, motions, and briefs related to antitrust litigation matters.Assist in all phases of litigation, including discovery, trial preparation, and appeals.Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and internal stakeholders.Manage and prioritize multiple cases and deadlines effectively.Requirements:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Admission to the State Bar of California in good standing.Minimum of 2 years of experience practicing antitrust litigation, preferably in a law firm setting.Strong understanding of federal and state antitrust laws and regulations.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Preferred Skills:Experience with complex litigation cases involving antitrust matters.Proficiency in legal research tools and databases.Demonstrated ability to manage a high-volume caseload efficiently.Prior experience in preparing for and conducting depositions and hearings.Certifications:Any relevant certifications or coursework in antitrust law or litigation (preferred).
