Doctors need to be comfortable performing 30-40 spinals, with an average of high 20s per day, while CRNAs must be adept at administering spinals. The facility runs four ORs daily and operates as an acute surgery center focused on outpatient procedures. The credentialing process takes 90 days. The primary types of cases are orthopedic surgeries, and the schedule includes shifts of 8, 9, and 10 hours.
