About This Position: The Marketing Strategy Associate - Acquisitions will be responsible for leading and delivering new customer acquisition strategies to grow and protect the Air Canada program. The candidate will collaborate with the Partner and Chase stakeholders on acquisition execution, across offers, channels and capabilities, insights, and reporting on performance. Responsibilities: The candidate will work closely with the GM team and Partner to lead the planning and development of new account acquisitions strategies with the primary focus on optimizing Partner channels to deliver results. Responsibilities include developing the acquisitions roadmap including offer and channel strategies across Chase and Partner assets that optimize for business results, customer satisfaction and controls. The candidate will analyze business results and data for the purposes of validating strategy, insights and improving results and the customer experience. It will require strong collaboration across different cross functional teams such as Acquisitions Center of Excellence, Controls, and the Partner to deliver on business objectives. The candidate will work with Analytics and use dashboards to report on performance. Qualifications: * 5+ years relevant work experience in growth strategies and customer experience * Ability to influence cross-functional internal and external teams * Strong mix of analytical, written and presentation skills * Ability to influence cross-functional internal and external teams * Superior relationship management and organizational skills * Must be able to travel 10% of the time Ideal candidates would be able to do the following: * Demonstrate strategic insight with the ability to identify business opportunities * Communicate effectively and be able to influence decisions * Be results-oriented with attention to detail and bias towards action * Possesses strong time management and organizational skills * Drives process improvements in program and marketing execution through operational efficiencies Chase is a leading financial services firm, helping nearly half of America's households and small businesses achieve their financial goals through a broad range of financial products.
