If you're looking for rewarding, fun part time work that helps students catch up and develop a love of learning, read on! Eager Enrichment provides you with all the supplies, training, and curriculum to help you create a welcoming learning environment and provide students with the tools they need to reach their full potential. The ideal candidate is compassionate, creative, loves to sew, and has a passion for teaching! This is part time, afternoon work. Classes run at the elementary school, after school, for one hour, once a day. If you are looking for more than 1 hour a week, this job is not for you. Classes begin in January and go through May , with school holidays like Spring Break and Presidents Day off. We're a high profile, top quality, professional position and prefer folks working on/ with a college degree & 1-2+ years' experience working with children. Want to become a teacher in a school? We've helped place 19 staff into teaching positions! Locations & Times We need you available at this time and location: Upper Arlington: Thursdays at 3:00pm. Qualifications: Previous experience teaching is preferred, but not required Understanding of child development principles and best practices in education and classroom management Experience and knowledge of Hand Sewing and Embroidery stitches, techniques Excellent verbal and written communication skills Must be available at 2:45pm Thursdays Must be willing to do a background check, at our expense Job Posted by ApplicantPro
