Position Summary We are seeking a skilled and passionate Aesthetician to join our premier spa team in Birmingham, Michigan. Our facility is dedicated to providing top-tier aesthetic services and exceptional client care. We offer a supportive environment where you can thrive and grow in your career. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Provide a variety of aesthetic services, including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and skin consultations. Conduct thorough skin assessments to recommend personalized treatment plans. Maintain a high standard of hygiene and safety protocols in accordance with state regulations. Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in aesthetic treatments. Assist in promoting services and products to clients. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Licensed Aesthetician in the state of Michigan. Proven experience in a medspa or clinical setting preferred. Strong knowledge of skin types, conditions, and appropriate treatments. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
