AEM Technical Lead Job Duties and Responsibilities Include: Work with Client architecture team to arrive at the framework for AEM implementation in existing enterprise setup Provide oversight, planning, and technical guidance to ensure successful delivery AEM based projects Work with Agile Delivery Team working on Design, Development, Administration, and troubleshooting in AEM Work within technology teams to build and maintain large scale & highly responsive Web application leveraging Adobe Experience Manager in enterprise environment Lead and involve in lanning and estimation of AEM projects across Frontend, Middleware, Backend, Env setup & planning etc. Ensure implementation of development best practices in page load me, performance, security and scalability of the application Work with Client architecture team to arrive at the framework for AEM implementation Define the application architecture based on the the CCM design principles Build templates Define the data transformation strategy Configure delivery channels Basic, Required Qualifications: Minimum eight years' experience in: Development of AEM templates/forms & integration of Data Java Content Repository (API) integrating with AEM Forms Develop and oversee OSGI bundles, AEM templates, HTL/Sightly components and services, AEM launches, workflows, AEM Mobile and Forms applications and the AEM DAM J2EE technologies (J2SE 1.7/1.8), Java EE, Servlets, JSP, JSTL and Tag libraries AEM and concepts of OSGi, Apache Sling, Apache Sightly, Apache Oak and Adobe Dispatcher Other Desired Qualifications: AEM capabilities including Multi-site management and Blueprint, and use of advanced targeting/personalization, and multi-variate testing, is preferred Core Java technologies used in Java-based CMS platforms, like XML, XSL, XSLT, XSD, server-side programming models, and related presentation, middle tier & persistence frameworks Adobe marketing cloud products like Dynamic Tag Manager, Target, Analytics, AEM Forms, Campaign Manager About NTT DATA NTT DATA is a $30+ billion trusted global innovator of business and technology services.
