Role Overview: This role supports the Education Services Learning Design and Development organization by maintaining and supporting the content development environment, including tools, process, and documentation. Essential responsibilities Write/edit technical documentation that clearly defines procedures, processes, and best practices Develop training content for new-hire onboarding and user upskilling Provide proactive and reactive user support for LCMS and content quality tool Coordinate with users and service provider to maintain writing-style and terminology rule sets Lead/participate in multiple workstreams with competing priorities and deadlines Proactively engage peers, users, stakeholders, and vendors to identify enhancement opportunities Reactively troubleshoot issues, discover solutions/workarounds, and communicate to end-users Review content for compliance to governance standards Follow AGILE principals and participate in Scrum ceremonies to ensure quality and timely work Work on ignments where considerable judgment and initiative are required in resolving problems and making choices, recommendations or decisions Collaborate with peers, vendors, and other resources to accomplish quality work efficiently Stay current in best practices, tools, and applications across learning and training industry Regularly update team and management on project/activity status Essential Qualifications: Strong technical writing/editing skills Experience supporting or working with Xyleme LCMS, or similar tools Experience supporting or working with Acrolinx or similar content quality tools Strong program management ability, including expectation-setting, effective meeting management, and follow-through to achieve deliverables Self-motivated individual willing to upskill and maintain a specialist level of technical knowledge Exhibit a sense of ownership and accountability in your work Working knowledge of AGILE project management principals Excellent interpersonal skills Demonstrates effective communication expertise (written and verbal) Ability to work on multiple projects and/or tasks with competing deadlines Demonstrates solid business and technical acumen Work is guided by operational and project objectives Anticipates and prevents potential problems Desirable Qualifications: 2+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and track record Experience in or knowledge of an Enterprise technology environment Influences stakeholders and SMEs Uses creativity in daily work Benefits: We offer very compeive salaries, bonus programs, world-class benefits, and unparalleled growth and development opportunities all to create a compelling and rewarding working atmosphere.
