Flexible Hybrid Working – 2 or 3 days Good public transport links A ‘GOOD’ OFSTED rating Responsibilities of you as a Service Manager: To support the Head of Service lead a service providing Care Act backssment, Mental Capacity backssments, Safeguarding Screening and Investigations and quality assurance/compliance services within Adult Social Care. Provide a leadership role in the development of a staff culture that ensures a professional, collaborative person-centred approach to all commissioning activity and values strong partnership working and co-production. Working and supervising team managers, to lead and support the successful delivery of a coherent set of commissioning activities that ensure effective planning, implementation and review of activities encompassed in the commissioning cycle. Implementation of all statutory duties under the Care Act 2014 and Mental Capacity Act 2005. Participating and Supporting Transformation Programme to Localities; and contribute to joint and integrated commissioning arrangements as they emerge working with colleagues in the ICS and wider NHS system as appropriate. To deliver key performance targets whilst maintaining and improving quality To work with the Ho S, to directly effectively manage designated salary and purchasing budgets.
