Centerview Health--is a primary care practice that serves patients throughout New Jersey. We have an opportunity for an--adult nurse practitioner,--family nurse practitioner, or adult-gerontology nurse--practitioner to join one of our practice locations in Toms River, NJ. We are looking for motivated and committed providers to join us. We offer a competitive salary and benefit packages. We have part-time and full-time positions available. This position offers a competitive salary and full coverage of health, dental, and vision insurance. Competitive insurance and retirement offerings are available. Responsibilities: The duties include, but are not limited to: --- Disease prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and recovery --- Treatment of acute illnesses --- Treatment of acute injuries --- Prescribes and administers medications, performs routine vaccinations, and provides advice regarding personal health and hygiene --- Requests necessary tests and follow-up visits and refers patients to specialists, as necessary --- Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field --- Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals --- Performs a variety of tasks --- A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected --- Provides direction to both clinical and reception support staff --- Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned Qualifications: Required Qualifications: --- Active Nurse Practitioner license in the state of New Jersey --- Active DEA license --- BLS and ACLS certification --- Ability to work collaboratively within a clinical team --- Patient-focused and committed to providing outstanding and compassionate care and service to all patients and families --- Strong computer skills and EMR knowledge About Company: Centerview Health is an innovative, physician-led, and physician-centered medical group focused on helping physicians do what they do best: care for patients.
