Countryside Care Center (A Rehab & Nursing Facility) is seeking an ADON Assistant Director of Nursing to fill a full-time position in our s kil led nursing facility. You'll be r esponsible for assisting the DON in directing and supervising nursing staff members, while maintaining the highest degree of quality care. We would like to speak with an ADON Assistant Director of Nursing who is organized and motivated. While you will be assisting the DON in planning, organizing, and directing, you must possess the ability to make independent decisions and judgments. The ADON Assistant Director of Nursing will identify the needs, problems, and progress of nursing services and make recommendations for improvement. Perform other related duties as assigned by the Administrator and DON. Don't forget... An active state RN license is required. SNF/long-term care experience is required.
