A company is looking for an Admission Counselor I to enroll students into Undergraduate and Graduate degree programs. Key Responsibilities Conduct phone interviews with prospective students to evaluate needs and provide information on programs Engage with students through various communication channels and assist them through the admission process Collaborate with other departments to ensure high levels of service and compliance with policies Required Qualifications and Education Associates degree or some college coursework completed At least 1 year of relevant sales and/or customer service experience Flexible to work either Tuesday - Saturday or Sunday - Thursday Must reside in an approved Synergy state
