The Administrative Assistant will assist with a wide range of administrative tasks, including managing schedules, handling communications, maintaining records, and supporting office staff. The ideal candidate will possess excellent multitasking abilities, strong communication skills, and a proactive attitude. Key Responsibilities: Office Management: Oversee general office operations, including ordering supplies, maintaining office organization, and ensuring the office environment is welcoming and efficient. Schedule Management: Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and events, including booking travel arrangements and coordinating meeting logistics. Communication Support: Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate responses. Document Preparation: Prepare, proofread, and edit documents, reports, and presentations. Ensure all paperwork is filed and maintained in an organized manner. Event Coordination: Assist in the planning and execution of office events, meetings, or conferences. Support to Team: Provide administrative support to other staff as needed, including preparing materials, making travel arrangements, and assisting with project-related tasks.
