This exciting opportunity boasts of a fast-paced environment where the opportunity to organize high-profile events, meet and execute specialized projects, and support the day-to-day activities of a thriving office. Main responsibilities: Support key executives for monthly event planning Special projects assigned by company executives Support external communications: social media and marketing for event planning Coordinate and plan marketing events for brand promotions Assist inter-departmental efforts or initiatives Background working with vendors and contractors Manage research, meeting preparation, and correspondence Travel, scheduling, light invoicing, and organizing Role Qualifications: Must have 3+ years of administrative support background in a high-paced environment Positive, professional, and personable demeanor Background managing communications Expertise to adjust to demanding/stressful situations Software: MS-Suite, Calendar, Power Point, Concur
