Job Description Summary Perform administrative and clerical duties in the assigned department under the close direction of the experienced supervisor/manager. Duties include, but are not limited to: Assist with scanning and organizing documents Admin/Clerical help in Accounting and Construction File paperwork and maintain filing systems Perform support at Company events, including set up, assistance, and cleanup. Collaborate with team members on special projects as needed. Requirements Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual should be able to type and use keyboards accurately and be skilled in Microsoft Office Suite Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Self-motivated Regular and predictable attendance at assigned times is required A drug screen is required before being employed by Callanan Industries, Inc.
