Lakeland University, an independent liberal arts institution located in Wisconsin, wishes to hire and build a pool of adjunct instructors for open and future part-time teaching assignments and invites applicants from a diverse group for these positions. Review of applications will begin immediately. 1. Face-to-Face, Day classes The term dates are 1/21/54 - 5/2/25. Spring break is March 10 - March 14 EDU 332: Mathematics Teaching Techniques for Elementary and Middle School The class meets Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays a t the Sheboygan Area School District from 10:10 am - 11:05 am. Candidates should possess, at minimum, a Master's degree in Education, a Wisconsin K-9 or 1-8 teaching license; and relevant teaching experience. EDU 140: Introduction to Educational Technology The class meets in person a t the main campus on Monday, Wednesdays and Fridays from 1:25 - 2:20 pm. Candidates should possess, at minimum, a Graduate degree in Educational Technology or related field and relevant teaching experience. 2. Online Course: This class will be held online via the Blackboard LMS. The term dates are 1/21/54 - 4/21/25. Spring break is March 10 - March 14 EDU 332: Mathematics Teaching Techniques for Elementary and Middle School Candidates should possess, at minimum, a Master's degree in Education, a Wisconsin K-9 or 1-8 teaching license; and relevant teaching experience. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Teach undergraduate courses in education. Work with full-time faculty and deans to understand and employ activities that meet course learning objectives. Administer and/or develop coursework (assignments, projects, in-class learning activities, exams) that meets and assesses course learning objectives. Respond in a timely manner to calls or emails from students, colleagues, or supervisors. Use university technology as directed. Lakeland University does not offer H1-B or other work authorization visa sponsorship for this position. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of hire and maintain work authorization throughout the employment term.
