Description:
As a member of the Active Directory and Identity and Access Management team, you will: Responsible to install, integrate and deploy Active Directory and Microsoft products in client environments. Communicate to clients and partners aspects of both the product and the implementation at the technical and functional level appropriate for the situation. Work with the Identity Access Management team to continue making enhancement to the Identity Access Management program. Work closely with development teams to perform User management, group management and Password management requests. Create and maintain Active Directory and Identify Access Management metrics. Document various system access for all Users to store in a centralized repository. Support efforts regarding audit findings, adherence to compliance and organizational change. Ability to create, and modify CONOPS, and Standard Operating Procedure documents. Required skills: Requires bachelor’s degree in a technical or related field and 2 to 4 years of prior relevant experience or master’s degree with 1 to 3 years of prior relevant experience. Equivalent years of experience may substitute for a degree. Must have or be able to obtain a Public Trust Clearance 3+ years working with Identity and Access Management platforms. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences. Demonstrated ability to work in a complex, fast paced environment. Experience with Microsoft Active Directory Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to effectively interface with government staff, managers, and colleagues Desired skills: Experience with Microsoft Active Directory Alternatives Experience with on Prem and Cloud modernization Virtualization and Cloud implementation of new and legacy applications and services Experience Installing and administering SailPoint. Experience administering Windows servers in a hyperconverged environment. Ability to work with users’ and other technicians with varying IT backgrounds. Experience with Cloud modernization Experience in OKTA IAM a plus Experience in Zscaler a plus.
