An ideal candidate will be able to install a high volume of work year-round. Job Requirements: Read and interpret tape measures accurately to ensure precise measurements. Follow directions from lead installers and supervisors to complete tasks efficiently. Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures to maintain a safe work environment. Communicate effectively with team members and customers. Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition. Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow directions. Clean driving record; reliable transportation is required. Ability to pass a background check. Willingness to learn and a positive attitude. Physical ability to lift heavy materials and work on your feet for extended periods.
