A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE SPECIALIST As an AR Clerk you will timely and accurately bill for company services and apply customer payments. Key duties include recording customer payments, processing customer invoices, and collaborating with other departments to resolve discrepancies. The specialist also plays a critical role in maintaining positive customer relationships by addressing inquiries and providing support related to invoices and payments. Strong attention to detail, ability to multi-task and proficiency in accounting software are essential for success in this position. You will also ensure that we adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements related to financial transactions. You will feel great about contributing to our success! QUALIFICATIONS A 2-year associates degree or 3-4 years related work experience required. Knowledge and familiarity of construction business is very helpful. Ability to perform basic math skills. Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and ability to learn accounting software. Ability to prioritize, work productively in an office, use good judgment and problem-solving skills while striving to always work safely. Ability to carefully attend to details.
