Ensure that these transactions match with bank records. Revenue Posting: Post revenues by verifying order information and converting it into invoices. Send out invoices to customers on a daily basis. Account Discrepancy Resolution: Verify and resolve account discrepancies by gathering and investigating information from sales transactions, various departments, and customers. Collections Management: Resolve collections by examining customer payment plans, payment history, and credit lines. Facilitate payment of invoices by sending reminders and contacting clients. Account Reconciliation: Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted. Audit Support: Assist with annual audits and respond to bank audit requests. Confidentiality: Protect GST's value by keeping financial information confidential. Qualifications: Experience: Requires at least 3 years of accounting experience. Education: Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related business field.
