A fast-growing internet service provider has an outstanding opportunity for a full-time Accounts Receivable Analyst. Accounts Receivable Analyst duties include, but not limited to : Maintaining the billing process across multiple ERP systems. Generating invoices and account statements. Performing account reconciliations. Maintaining accounts receivable files and records. Producing weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial and management reports. Investigating and resolving any irregularities or inquiries . Assist with new revenue contract processing. Manage and maintain finance department email account. Work under the supervision of the Director of Finance. Accounts Receivable Analyst Qualifications : Degree in Finance or Accounting. 1 to 2 years of accounting and/or finance experience. Proficient in Excel and QuickBooks. An ability to prioritize and manage expectations. Able to present financial information in a clear and intuitive way. An ability to work independently. The ability to communicate articulately and efficiently with other people within the company. Keen attention to detail. Have a mathematical background.
