A company is looking for an Accounts Payable Coordinator to manage accounts payable transactions efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Process a large volume of invoices accurately and in compliance with company policies Engage in vendor management and ensure accurate vendor setup in the payment system Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies while providing excellent customer service Required Qualifications and Education: Associate's Degree; additional education may substitute for healthcare accounting experience 1+ years of progressive accounts payable experience, preferably in a healthcare-related environment Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel Basic working knowledge of Adobe Acrobat
