We believe in treating others the way we want to be treated, with courtesy and respect. The Position : We’re looking for an Accounting Supervisor. The pay range we’re offering is based on experience. We offer paid vacation and holidays, 401(k) with company match and profit sharing. We also offer a comprehensive health insurance packages for full-time positions. Requirements: 5+ years Accounting experience and knowledge Experiencing in managing a team/department Excellent Customer Service, written and verbal communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office; basic understanding of Mac OS systems preferred High level of accuracy and confidentiality Responsibilities: Supervise Accounting department and perform accounting functions Maintain company asset files, 1099s, capital budget expenditures, etc. File and pay monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and corporate taxes Work with all departments and accountants to maintain accurate files Determine customer credit worthiness AP, AR, and reconciliation for our other owned smaller companies The Location: This position is based in Kenosha, WI.
