Competitive Total Compensation Package Merit-based Annual Raises Excellent Mentorship Program & Exceptional Training Programs Opportunities for Professional Growth & Advancement Comprehensive Benefits including Health, Dental, & Vision Insurance Generous Paid time off & Retirement Plans 🎯 Expectations: Maintain an up-to-date Central Accounting System (CAS) Ensure billing/payable activities are carried out according to deadlines Work with managers to ensure the accuracy and completeness of data used in completing the invoice process Verify the accuracy of all data before entry into the financial system Recap data and enter it into the financial system Perform customer/vendor analysis as requested Process invoices/payments according to specifics in customer contracts Maintain and ensure that all customer/vendor files are accurate and up-to-date with all pertinent information Protect the organization’s value by keeping information confidential Accomplish accounting and organization mission by completing related results as needed Minimum Requirements: Some office experience required; willing to train the right candidate Proficiency in modern office technology including: Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & Teams), Adobe, Zoom, Basic Email & Internet as well as the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and software Must clear a current background check through the FBI & DOJ A current TB Test (within the last 6 months) Ability to travel to multiple sites & Auto Insurance with a minimum liability coverage of 25/50k 🌈 Environment & Physical Qualifications: Fast-paced and requires flexibility and multi-tasking to meet multiple deadlines U sually comprised of adults, clients, and professional staff in an office setting with m oderate to loud noise levels Will regularly stand, walk, sit, use hands, and fingers to handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, and talk or hear and may occasionally lift and/or move up to 50-pound boxes Ability to work at a computer up to 75-100% of total work hours with s pecific vision abilities including close vision, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus as well as specific hearing abilities required by this job include talking on the phone and making in-person contact Ready to make an impact?
