As an on-site accounting specialist, you will play a pivotal role in processing payments, reconciling debits and credits with our drug rebate manufacturers, and ensuring our operations' financial accuracy and integrity. Your responsibilities will include managing incoming correspondence, maintaining systematic organization, and handling invoicing, late payment notices, and daily status reporting with precision and efficiency.In addition to these core duties, you maintain a detailed log of key activities and journal entries, including tracking payment transactions, reconciling discrepancies, documenting communication with manufacturers, and updating financial records.
