If you are passionate about finance and eager to contribute to a thriving company, EF is the place for you.About the role:EF Education First is looking for an ambitious, career-driven and enthusiastic Accounting Manager to join our finance team at the office in Cambridge, MA.What you'll do: Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department in conjunction with the Business Process Offices including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting. Prepare and/or review and approve complex journal entries, reconciliations, intercompany transactions and allocations. Support and coordinate preparation of internal and external audit engagements. Preparation and/or review of corporate income tax and indirect tax matters, ensuring compliance with local laws and transfer pricing regulations.Who you are: Minimum 4 years of accounting experience, accounting firm experience considered a plus. University and Master's degree in Accounting or Finance; accounting certification (CA, CPA, ACCA) considered an asset. Experience with Oracle or similar ERP environment. Effective in communication as well as presenting information clearly and credibly. Strong analytical, organizational and time management skills. Flexible and able to multitask / proactive and flexible.
