Professional development and growth opportunities.Job DetailsResponsibilities: Oversee and manage the general accounting functions, including, but not limited to: accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and taxes. Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts, institute and maintain other planning and control procedures, and report variances. Develop and implement systems for collecting, analyzing, verifying, and reporting financial information. Coordinate and ensure a clean and timely year-end audit. Supervise and manage accounting department staff, including accountants and financial assistants. Ensure compliance with all internal processes.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. A Master's degree or CPA certification would be a plus. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior-level finance or accounting position, preferably in the Manufacturing industry. Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws, and regulations. High attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to direct and supervise.
