[Responsibilities] Planning- Manage the capital request and budgeting processes.- Develop performance measures and monitoring systems that support the company's strategic direction.- Maintain detailed cash flow table and report.Operations-Supervise two associate accountants- HR responsibilities including assisting with employee onboarding , working time and PTO check and anniversary planning- Maintain in-depth relations with all members of the management team.- Maintain the financial operations of subsidiary companies and foreign operations.- Prepare tax filing with a third-party accountant.- Maintain the company's transaction processing systems.- Implement operational best practices.Risk Management- Ensure that record keeping meets the requirements of auditors and government agencies.- Monitor cash balances and cash forecasts.- Preparation financials for bank reports- Preparation for state tax audit and bank audit[Qualifications]- The Accounting Manager candidate should have a bachelor's degree in accounting or business administration, or equivalent business experience and 5+ years progressive Accounting and Finance experience.- Should have experience in partnering with an executive team and have a high level of written and oral communication skills.
