RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has partnered with a property management company located in Irvine, CA that is seeking an Accounting Coordinator to join their team.Responsibilities: Process Lockbox Payments and Exceptions Create and Audit Lockbox, On-line Payments Adjustments Process return notices regarding ACH and on-line payments from City National Bank Commercial Account Payments Process and address payment/portal inquiries Configure Software based off Clients needs Portal and ERP System New Account Transition Coordinator Inputting/Importing Accounting details into new software Accounts Receivable Balance Forwards Analyzing and interpreting Accounting records from prior management Notifying third party vendor (I.e. banks, attorney, PayLease) of new management company Prepare Treasury services for new account Prepare delinquency resolution Coordinate 1st delinquency spreadsheet Review/Release Signature Card Input ACH applications Create and Audit the Main ACH file for Caliber Maintain on-line payment reports Coordinate termination of associations Coordinate with various banks to close prior management accounts Coordinate with the bank in sending the new investment paperwork Deposits as assignedKEY SKILLS: Bachelor's degree required 1 Year of accounting background desired General knowledge of GAAP Accounting Exposure to financial reporting Expertise to multitask Strong attention to detail Possess intermediate knowledge of Microsoft excelKforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
