A non-profit organization is seeking an Accounting Associate to work Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Job Duties: Process monthly invoices, apply cash receipts, assist with collecting past due balances, and process Accounts PayablePayroll processing via ADP; company transitioning to Paycor this yearUtilize expenditure and accounting codes for documentsHandle journal entries, general ledger reconciliation, and monthly reportsPerform other duties as needed Job RequirementsQualifications: Non-Profit accounting experience is preferredMust have previous payroll experience; ADP experience is preferredMust be proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook with accurate data entry skills; NetSuite Accounting Software is preferredMust be detail-oriented with the ability to pay a high attention to detailOnly candidates that can pass a background check and drug screen will be considered.
