Job Summary Position: Accountant Location: Onsite, Bentonville, AR Employment: Full-time, Permanent Education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Masters a plus Compensation: Based upon experience Role Description This is a full-time, on -site role for an Accountant at our Bentonville, AR location. The Accountant will be responsible for day-to-day accounting tasks, processes, reporting, and performing analysis of financial data. They will also assist with administration of compliance services, sales tax rate and boundary research, and documentation. Qualifications · Strong understanding of accounting and business acumen· Highly detail oriented, accurate, and organized in work· Ability to meet assigned deadlines· Ability to analyze and interpret financial data· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with customer service focus· Ability to work independently and collaboratively to maximize performance, creativity, problem solving and results· Proficiency in financial software and MS Excel Responsibilities · Accounting Processes: Perform monthly processes to include client invoicing and A/R follow up; deferred revenue recognition; account reconciliations; month end processes and reporting· Compliance Services : Assist with the administration and support of compliance services· Customer Support : Provide support and excellent customer experience using verbal and written communication· Sales Tax Rate/Boundary Research : Perform research/updates working with technology team and core database· Other: Other processes, tasks and special projects as assigned
