Job Details Full Time Permanent Opportunity! Location: 100 Kellogg Lane, London ON Hybrid Role - 2 times a week in office Job Summary Now, if you were to come on board as one of our District Accountants, we’d ask you to do the following for us: Prepare national billing, analysis, month-end accrual, and reconciliation. Provide accounting and financial analysis support to management and operation units, including P&L review for month-end close. Ensure unit managers understand and fulfill financial terms and obligations of client contracts and adhere to accounting principles. Manage financial queries from operations and management, providing timely and accurate information to clients and senior management. Assist with acquisition integration and perform other assigned accounting duties. Prepare balance sheet analysis and manage deferred/prepaid schedules. Ensure new contract setups adhere to internal controls and company policies. Review client reporting/invoices promptly and accurately. Address queries from internal/external auditors and clients. Document workflows and generate process improvement plans. Take accountability and provide actionable remedies.
