A company is looking for an Account Representative II to perform operational responsibilities within Revenue Cycle Management. Key Responsibilities Execute customer service programs and assist with management reporting systems Participate in audits and meetings with payors to address payment discrepancies Maintain data and enhance management reporting systems for accurate trend presentation Required Qualifications High School Diploma or GED Two years of patient accounting experience, or equivalent education Knowledge of patient accounts, insurance processing, and cash application Familiarity with CPT4/ICD code application Experience with EPIC, claims, and denials preferred
