Account Receivables Clerk - Immediate Need!
Position overview Immediate need for Accounts Receivables Clerk to join growing company! Accounts receivable duties include ensuring accuracy and efficiency of operations, processing and monitoring incoming payments, and securing revenue by verifying and posting receipts.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:"Responsible for all billing and invoice processing."Manages collections and aging reports."Processes freight calculations."Prepares daily cash deposits."Enters finalized cash receipts and updates accounts receivable ledger by customer."Obtains and mails invoice copies for customers, as requested."Processes credit card payments and inputs check payments accordingly."Researches and process credit applications"Send prepay request "B2B collections "Researches and processes customer claims of invoice payment."Researches and processes charge backs, returns, and bad checks."Answers accounts receivable phone inquiries and follows up."Calls and/or mails correspondence to customers as necessary in order to update accounts."Assists with related special projects, as required."Perform other tasks as assigned by Management.Education, Background and/or Requirements:"An Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, or related position is preferred or 6 mons to 1 yr equivalent related skills."Must have three to 5yrs Accounts Receivable, B2B collections, and billing background in a high-volume, fast-paced environment"Must be proficient using Ms office, Outlook, Ms word and Microsoft excel. "Must have outstanding written and spoken communication and management skills"Must have strong analytical abilities to solve problems and be detail-oriented"Must have the expertise to not get easily flustered"Must be self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervisionApply for this great position as an Account Receivables Clerk today!
