A company is looking for a Manager in Account Management to maintain client satisfaction and retention efforts for Employer clients. Key Responsibilities Build relationships with key client stakeholders through a consultative approach Foster teamwork and a supportive departmental culture focused on exceptional client service Develop efficient policies and procedures to enhance team performance and success Required Qualifications A minimum of 5 years of work experience, including 3 years in an account management or client-facing role 3 or more years of demonstrated direct or indirect leadership experience Some knowledge of PBM systems, including SalesForce and AS400/RxClaim Proven history of high client satisfaction and client retention Bachelor's degree or relevant experience is required
