Description:
Enter new accounts in Applied Epic. -- Create Master Certificates of Insurance. -- Issue PDF version of COI via mail and email, at renewal/new account establishment/upon request by insured. -- Issue version of Auto ID cards at renewal/new account establishment/upon request of Insured. -- Review contract requirements and Provide COI's and Id cards to requestor, within a timely manner. -- Pull policies from carrier websites and save to Sharepoint files. -- Retrieve Blanket Endorsements from policies and place in Sharepoint files. -- Request and/or retrieve Endorsements from various sources. -- Upload certificates to various websites. -- Retrieve Specific Endorsements from the carrier(s) and work with Account Executive on issuance. -- Attach form into our agency management system (Applied Epic). -- Faxes-Distribute incoming faxes accordingly. -- Occasional Reception relief - i.e., cover lunch -- Mail - Post mail, open incoming mail, date stamp and distribute to appropriate team. -- Monitor cancellations on carrier websites and incoming mail then distribute to appropriate team REQUIRMENTS: -Knowledge of Applied EPIC -Experience of 3 or more years supporting insurance sales team required Employment Type: Full Time Years Experience: 3 - 5 years Bonus/Commission: No
