A company is looking for an Account Coordinator to oversee client accounts and ensure service delivery meets expectations. Key Responsibilities Oversee a portion of client accounts and ensure compliance with policies and procedures Manage customer issues and support vendor sourcing to enhance profitability Evaluate service partner performance and communicate with clients to ensure satisfaction Required Qualifications 3+ years of experience in an account coordinator role, preferably in exterior services or a service-related field Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, with advanced Excel skills required Experience with WinTeam and Corrigo is a plus Ability to work remotely and manage multiple client accounts Willingness to perform other related duties as assigned
