BENlabs is seeking a Account Coordinator to play an important role on our Client Growth-Gaming Team. This role is ideal for a self-starter, superior communicator and relationship builder who possesses an exemplary attention to detail.The role requires working directly with gaming clients to strategically manage influencer marketing campaigns that reach the right audience and maximize client ROI. It also requires working collaboratively with cross-functional internal teams who execute the campaigns directly with influencers. You and your team are the client’s daily point of contact, deepening the client partnership.A passion for Gaming, Influencer Marketing and content creation is a must. So, if you are hungry, solution oriented, an excellent communicator, an adept relationship builder, a collaborative problem solver, and a meticulous planner, we want you on our team. Responsibilities: Assist account management team in a general sense, helping them provide high-standard care for clients and influencers Create presentations, meeting recaps, status reports and user guides Become familiar with a wide spectrum of social media influencers, from YouTube and Instagram to TikTok and Twitch Build relationships with internal teams and facilitate work process moving through such teams Research on influencer industry, technology, social and gaming trends Creator list development and vetting Meeting attendance and participation, including preparing status documents Coordinating deliveries and shipping for department Reporting on campaign deliverables & performance metrics, and maintaining status updates and tracking sheets with brands Updating CRM and data repositories Carry out other duties which naturally fall within the reasonable expectations of the position Effectively communicate everything that is happening on their accounts, both internally and externally Qualifications and Skills: Entry-level advertising, marketing, and/or influencer internship experience preferred Self-starter who is eager to learn and to get the job done Experience in Excel, Google Sheets and other forms of data/information management a major plus Strong customer service focus with an awareness of your impact on the client experience Strong communication skills in person, in writing, on the phone - with clients, managers and team members Strong organizational skills and ability to manage high volume of details a must Ability to present ideas persuasively and passionately Passionate problem solver who is invigorated by client challenges Ability and willingness to listen and learn from the experience of more senior colleagues within and across departments Ability to work as a team, but also on own initiative Willingness to take ownership of assigned tasks Flexible, committed, and punctual Ability to stay calm and friendly in a high-energy, rapid-paced start-up environment under pressure Don’t meet every requirement listed?
