Clarke invites applications for the position of Academic Services Outreach Coordinator. This position is instrumental in representing Clarke University in various contexts. The Academic Services Outreach Coordinator will be a part of the Registrar's office team and work collaboratively with admissions, financial aid, academic affairs, and faculty advisors to provide seamless, positive experiences for students new to Clarke, as well as continuing students. The successful candidate will assist with scheduling of advising, course planning, registration, and the development of student communication and records processes, daily operations, and academic scheduling. This is a full time, non-exempt position. The ideal candidate will possess the following: A commitment to improving the student experience Experience in an educational setting A bachelor's degree (preferred) and/or experience in higher education Excellent communication skills Demonstrated ability for attention to detail and the ability to organize information and prioritize tasks Ability to work collaboratively, as well as independently To apply, please apply online at http://clarke.applicantpool.com .
