Permanent Anesthesia General Jamison, PA Board-Certified NY licensed Director of Anesthesiology that is looking to work in a GI/Endo focused ASC W-2 fulltime Director position Types of cases:EGD, CS, Flex Sig, HET # of cases per day: Average between 50 and 70 per day center total. Reports to: Medical Board of Managers and works very closely with the center Administrative lead. Number of endoscopy suites:7 Number of GI doctors on staff: 20 Number of Anesthesiologists onstaff: 2 Full time on staff - This Director role and a staff Anesthesiologist. They also have 5-7 Per Diem providers on staff that this Director will be managing and handling the scheduling and coordination of. Board Certified Exact hours, any evenings or weekends expected:M-F First cases start roughly 7:00a last case start avg. 4:00p/4:30p. Overtime Pay:NO Overtime in this role for Mon - Fri. This is a salaried position and as the Director of the center, they are expected to work what is needed to balance the management, administrative and clinical duties of the role. Time to start: ASAC Offer Details: Compensation:$515,000 TO $535,000--This has been increased from $515k max. Wage Type: W2 employment Benefits info: m/d/v/p offered. Paid holidays and additional perks and coverages No 401K retirement is offered PTO: 5 Weeks is the max being offered for this role. Offer Letter/Term sheet: Offer Agreement will be presented. Contingencies: Start date is contingent on the payor enrollment being completed by PE's credentialing team and the center Administrator Malpractice: Covered 100% by Center (Anesthesiologist secures and maintains the policy, submit invoice and center will pay invoice quarterly) Continuing Education: Cost Support: $2500 annually reimbursed by the center. Interview Process: Video Interview 1hr Onsite interview at the ASC with the Board of Managers and a center tour. This may include a quick meet and greet with other Physicians and the potential to shadow a few cases - 2 hours. Misc. Video or Phone if needed with members of decision team that may not be able to make the onsite
