Southwestern Medical Center is seeking an experienced BC Gastroenterologist to join its medical staff in Lawton, OK, where we've recently experienced a physician retirement. The ideal physician will be comfortable performing a broad range of general GI procedures and be comfortable in a solo setting to begin while we also recruit an advanced GI to join the practice. 10 days of call per month with opportunity for additional paid days. Only one weekend of call monthly. Total comp in the MGMA-median range+ with opportunity to bonus quarterly.Recruitment Package may include: Base salary + wRVU production incentive 5 days' CME/$5K CME annually $50K Sign-on bonus Student loan assistance Relocation allowance 25 days' vacation/holidays annually Residency stipend Health benefits + Retirement plan Marketing + practice growth assistanceSWMC is a 199-bed acute care facility with a broad range of physician specialties.
