Main Responsibilities: Plan shop workflow Audit repairs Order Parts Assist technicians with repairs Perform maintenance on heavy duty vehicles Communicate effectively with customers via phone and email Required Qualifications: 3+ years diesel technician experience Customer service experience Desired Qualifications: Class A CDL License (not required) Management/ Supervisory experience not required but strongly preferred High school diploma/GED equivalent Full-time: Sunday night-Friday MorningShift: 3rd shift 8:00pm-4:30amJob Type: Full-timeBenefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Flexible schedule Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Experience level: 3 years Schedule: Monday to Friday
