VP of National Operations - Bronx, NY - Mfr of Caribbean baked goods seeks VP of Nat'l Operations to conf-er w/board members & officials from 17 franchises in FL, NC, GA to discuss issues, coord activs, & resolve problems; analyze our nat'l ops to eval performance & to determine areas of potentl cost reductn; direct, plan, & impl policies, objectives, & activs of our nat'l ops to ensure continuing success & to increase productivity; resolve problms rel to productn, pricing, sales, & distributn; analyze our nat'l ops to eval performance, determ areas of potentl cost reductn, & increase productivity; revu reports submitted by staff members to recommend approval or to suggest changes; plan & coord instructn seminars for our franchise owners & employees, incl bakers, chefs, cashiers, & office personnel.
