We are now hiring remote agents for the Virtual Recruiter Level III job position and we are expanding our recruitment team.This job opportunity to work remotely from your home office on PT or FT basis assisting other jobseekers that are seeking remote jobs.Virtual Recruiter's will introduce and enroll people into our work at home job & chat forum designed for contractors who is seeking remote job positions.Location: Work at Home, Telecommute from your home office.Compensation Ranges: $10.00 - $40.00 per recruited agent. Average weekly compensation $500.00 - $1,100.00 per week. (PT/FT)*You will recruit candidates to our remote job network forum to fill contract client positions.Payments: Paid bi-weekly via Paypal or we will mail you a check every other Friday.Flexible Work Schedule:Hours to make calls to applicants or job seekers for client positions is from 9:00 AM - 6:30 PM, Monday - Friday.You can work up to 40 hours per week M - F and (7) hrs - 10 AM - 5 PM on Saturday. We are closed on Sunday and all holidays. You must work a minimum of 20 hours per week to stay active on this contract position.Virtual Recruiter Requirements: *Ability to work remotely independently with minimum supervision*Internet & Computer*Ability to make a minimum of 75 plus outbound calls per day to candidates*Able to post 20 job ads per week online to FREE classified ad sites*2 years or more of experience with inbound customer service, outbound B2B calling, telemarketing or sales*Telephone or cell phone with unlimited long distance.*Must be very upbeat, friendly, detailed and have outbound telemarketing/recruitment experience.*We will train you fully online.Please submit your qualifications and availability to (email removed) Attn: MJOL Virtual Recruiter
