Homesite is a unique and innovative national property and casualty insurance company. Partnering with major insurance carriers and led by a management team with extensive experience, Homesite is carving out a position as a homeowners' solutions provider. Due to growth at Homesite and the possibilities for expanding our current footprint, we are seeking a dynamic, well-rounded Trainer to develop and deliver training programs across the organization. This individual will work closely with the various business managers to build and deliver training programs that support our strong customer service orientation and allow us to support our Partners. In addition, building and supporting management development learning is a growing need, so the ability to identify needs and build and deliver solutions will be important. Experience developing and delivering distanced learning solutions (including knowledge of associated delivery mechanisms and software) is critical for this role. Additional content development and delivery will be on-going aspects of the position. Training delivery will encompass a full variety of methods, techniques, and devices to include classroom, individual coaching, Webinar, and conference facilities. The successful incumbent will continually assess the training effectiveness by identifying skill gaps and adjusting content.· Design and deliver service and sales training for both captive and dispersed reps to include distance learning solutions. Leverage our internal Learning Management System to drive constant improvement with training results. · Design and deliver management development programs to improve the management capabilities of the organization · Become a subject matter expert in sales/service content, and continually assess and update training content · Work with business leaders to schedule training and secure necessary training resources in a timely manner · Design and deliver additional training content to meet changing business needs as warranted · Conduct needs analysis to proactively identify learning needs across the organization · Conduct post-training assessment and adjust training content and/or delivery methods as needed · Supports training needs for Partner companies · Leverage technology in the design and delivery of training content · Leverage vendor relationships to supplement in-house expertise · Utilization of interpersonal skills to develop professional relationships within various internal business units. The ability to work in a changing environment with a strong service orientation is required. Excellent facilitation skills, strong verbal and written skills, and analytical/assessment skills are also required. This position will provide training across locations to include AZ, OH, NY, MA, and future sites to be determined, so the ability to travel (up to 40% of the time) is necessary.
