Attention: New position!!. Leading Printing Company is looking for General Bindery Operator for ALL SHIFTS (first, second, and third Shift). Plus!!! Shift differential Location: Westford, MA -- Need a New Start -Relocation Is Provided Job Description: We need someone with strong set up and operation of bindery equipment. Operator will be cross functional and multi-skilled on various pieces of bindery equipment, but this positions focus will be stamping. Experience / Requirements : Bindery Set-Up and Operation, Stamping, Kluge, Kolbus, Chandler, Casemaking, DA85 casemaking machine, mechanical palletizer. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following (other duties may be assigned): (1) Review job ticket for pertinent details to make ready, set up and run job. (2) Perform make ready and direct crew in make ready procedures (3) Set up equipment based on job specifications. (4) Operate equipment to achieve or exceed production and quality standards. (5) Perform preventive maintenance according to established PM schedule. (6) Maintain cleanliness of equipment and work area on a daily basis. (7) Complete required paperwork on a per job or daily basis. (8) Practice all job, department and company safety procedures. (9) Practice all job related quality procedures. Education / Experience High School Diploma or GED. Basic computer skills Previous experience setting up and operating bindery equipment.
