Description:
A local municipality needs a Temporary IT Support Rep for their Technology Services Department to work from 3/4/13 - 4/26/13. Employee coordinates and performs a variety of technical work relative to area of assignment; provides technical support to departments and personnel; participates in maintaining the companies computer network, systems, and related equipment; coordinates special projects; and performs other routine and/or specialized duties. Duties include but are not limited to:•Responds to and resolves technical requests/issues submitted by departments and personnel•Installs, configures, maintains, and troubleshoots various types of computer hardware and software including desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other devices•Maintains and troubleshoots the companies telecommunication and voicemail systemsPreference/Requirements•Four (4) years technical support experience is required.Work Schedule: Monday - FridayHours: 8am-5pmTo be considered for this position, apply online at: www.prioritypersonnel.com/.
