Tax Manager - Partnership
Boston, MA
Global private equity firm. Prepare and review tax adjustments, reconciliations and tax allocations in accordance with the terms of the partnership agreements. Familiarity with investment products and financial instruments. 5+ years experience in partnership tax, specifically private equity funds in public accounting, investment management, investment banking or a combination.

Compensation: 150,000
Min Education: BA/BS, MST preferred
Min Experience: 5
