Talent Acquisition Specialist Manages the hiring process for ROP locations supporting all sites by attracting and developing a pipeline of talent through targeted searches developing and successfully executing hiring plans and recruitment resources interfacing with ROP sites to become the subject matter expert regarding all ROP positions implementing and maintaining tools and processes that will streamline recruitment and focus on requisition management, time to fill, time in position and other metrics applicant tracking, initial screening, scheduling interviews, finalizing offers and executing onboarding tasks Requirements: BA/BS in Human Resources or related field or equivalent experience may be substituted HR Generalist experience highly desirable A min of 2yrs of experience in a recruiting capacity Strong knowledge and experience with social networking resources Strong networking and sourcing skills Knowledge of applicable state and federal laws Must pass background clearance, drug test and TB screening.
