System Engineer

Description:
Maintains and follows project implementations schedules.- Schedules and performs SW installation and upgrades.- Assist with documentation as related to specific projects.- Collaborates with senior team members for technical guidance and direction on many call center issues.- Configures and deploys call flows in accordance with project implementation plan.- Performs activities required for timely completion of call center projects (e.g. installation, configuration, testing, status meetings, etc.)License/Certificates: Avaya ACS or equivalent preferred.
