Growing support team is looking for an energetic and highly motivated Technical Support Engineer. The candidate must have a strong technical aptitude and a passion for working with customers. This engineer will help establish customer relationship processes and with managing our growing customer base. This Engineer will also work closely with customers to troubleshoot and resolve issues while supporting them with outstanding service.
